Florence Bellew

Florence Bellew, 88, of Easton, PA passed away Monday, June 1, 2015 at Old Orchard Manor Care. She was born in Hoboken, NJ, the daughter of the late Lillian (Beatty) Sciancalepore and Raymond Thall. She was married to James Bellew for 64 years until his passing on December 25, 2013.

Florence worked as a nurse for the NY Foundling Hospital and later worked for AT&T formerly Bell Labs. She graduated from Dickinson High School in Jersey City, NJ and was a member of the Denville, New Jersey Senior Citizens Club.

Florence will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Jamie, wife of Harry Reese of Easton and granddaughters, Meghan Reese, wife of Matthew Boyce, and Lauren Reese. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Eileen Terese Bellew, son, Brian Bellew and sister, Dorothy Thall.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 3219 Santee Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18020 at 9:00AM. Burial will be at Madonna Cemetery in Fort Lee, NJ. Arrangements Connell Funeral Home, Inc.

Memorial Contributions may be made in Florences name to Our Lady of Perpetual Help School Memorial Fund.
