Frances A. Reinert

Frances A. Reinert, 98, of Bethlehem passed away on Wednesday February 27, 2013 at Holy Family Manor in Bethlehem. She was born on May 16, 1914 in Bethlehem, daughter of the late Joseph and Frances (Kneiss) Ammend. She was the wife of the late Lawrence Reinert.

Frances worked for Bethlehem Steel for over 30 years becoming the supervisor in the data entry division and retiring in 1979. She was a member of the University Parish of Holy Ghost in Bethlehem. For many years, after retiring, she volunteered in the gift shop at St. Luke's Hospital in Fountain Hill. Frances enjoyed bowling, card games, and bingo.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sister, Margaret A. Seaman of Bethlehem, nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and grand nephews.

She was predeceased by her brothers, Joseph Ammend, Stephen Ammend, Frank Ammend, and Henry Ammend, and sisters, Anna Ammend, and Mary Mumma.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 12:30pm on Monday March 4, 2013 at the Holy Family Manor Chapel 1200 Spring St. Bethlehem, Pa. 18018. A viewing will be held from 11:30am- 12:30pm at Holy Family Manor Chapel. Burial will be held at Holy Ghost Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Connell Funeral Home, Bethlehem, Pa.
