Frank L. “Butch” Torma, 86, of Bethlehem Township died Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Moravian Village in Bethlehem. Born September 28, 1928 in Bethlehem he was the son of Sadie (Kardos) and Frank Torma. He was the husband of the late Mary “Tootie” (Zaun) Torma who died on September 3, 2007, they were married 53 years.
Frank was a 1947 graduate of Bethlehem Technical School. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Frank worked for the former Bethlehem Steel retiring after 39 years of service. He was a member of St. Johns Windish Lutheran Church in Bethlehem, the F3 Fishing Club and Bethlehem Panthers AA.
Frank is survived by his daughter, Dr. Denise Torma and sister, Goldie Achando.
A funeral Service will be held on Friday July 3, 2015 at St. Johns Windish Lutheran Church 617 E. 4th St., Bethlehem, PA 18015 at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery in Bethlehem.
Memorial contributions may be made in Franks name to the VNA Hospice of St. Lukes, 1510 Valley Center Parkway, Suite 200, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
