Frank Neglia, 58, of Bethlehem, died suddenly on Sunday, June 23, 2013. He was born in Manhattan, NY, the son of Theresa (Fierro) Neglia of Bethlehem and the late Vito Neglia. He was the adoring husband of Karen (Ferry) Neglia. They celebrated their 19th anniversary this past February.
Frank worked for Verizon in the Pressure Department in Manhattan for 32 years. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Bethlehem. Frank was also an avid Elvis fan and was part of his fan club.
Frank will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Karen; mother, Theresa; daughters, Laura, wife of Dennis Snyder, Diana, wife of Eric Seery and Gretchen Krause; sister, Elizabeth, wife of Robert Leyser; in-laws, Jack Sr. and Mary Ferry, Jack Jr. and Cathy Ferry, Kathy and Steve Sweet, Jeffrey and Carmen Ferry, Marguerite and Michael Picucci, and Patrick and Colette Ferry; and his dog, Memphis.
Viewing hours will be held on Thursday June 27 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem and on Friday June 28 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 3219 Santee Rd. Bethlehem. An 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow. Burial will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
