Genevieve A. Lanski

Genevieve A. Lanski, 74, of Northampton, died peacefully on Thursday, December 11, 2014; she was surrounded by her loving family. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Lucian and Rita (Andreoli) de Leon. She is survived by her companion of 40 years, Joseph Stupak.

She was employed by K-mart where she was a Personnel Manager for many years. She later worked for Ames Dept. Store and as a Receptionist for H&R Block. She loved spending time with family, crocheting and traveling.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Michael Lanski; daughter, Jennifer wife of, Jeffrey Boerstler; grandchildren, Samantha, Olivia and Jeffrey Boerstler, Randy and Ariana Counsman; siblings, Adele Rupell, Lucian and Leon de Leon; she was predeceased by her sister, Sandra Jones.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17 at Holy Infancy Catholic Church, 312 E. 4th St. Bethlehem , from 9 to 10 a.m., followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
