George R. Fulop

George R. Fulop, 69, of Bethlehem, died on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at Hospice House of St. Luke's.

He was born December 13, 1940 in Bethlehem; the son of the late George and Mary Pinter Fulop.

George is survived by his loving wife, Maryann Chassar Fulop of Bethlehem.

He was a graduate of Liberty High School and worked for the City of Bethlehem Water Dept.

George will be remembered by his family; wife, Maryann; daughter, Lisa Ann of Allentown; son, Rich and his wife Brenda of Reading; his sister Elizabeth Kametz and her husband Joseph as well as his three grandchildren, Richie, Gabrielle and Daniel. He was preceded in death by his brother, Francis.

George will be fondly remembered for being an avid Phillies and Eagles fan, his enjoyment of polka music and animals and his giving nature.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 from 10-11AM at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 with a service immediately following at 11AM in the funeral home.

Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
