George W. Olexa

George W. Olexa, 103, of Bethlehem, PA died Sunday, March 23, 2014 at Holy Family Manor in Bethlehem. He was married to the late Rose C. (Henn) Olexa.

George worked for 44 years as a crane man at Bethlehem Steel in the Roll Shop retiring in 1976.

George is survived by his sons, James Olexa and wife Paula and Richard Olexa and wife Aase, grandchildren, Richard and Jacqueline Olexa and a great grandson, Joshua.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Stephen and John Olexa, sisters, Anna Jablonski and Veronica Horvath and a grandson, Scott Olexa.

SERVICES

A viewing will be held on Friday, March 28, 2014 at Holy Family Manor Chapel 1200 Spring St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30 PM. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem. Arrangements Connell Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Georges name to Holy Family Manor.
