Gerald C. Darabaris Sr., 65, of Bethlehem passed away on Friday November 8, 2013 at Manor Care Health Services I in Bethlehem. He was born on August 31, 1948 in Patterson, NJ, son of the late Constantinos and Eloise (Donnelly) Darabaris Kemmerle.
Gerald was a veteran of the US Marines serving during the Vietnam War. He received 2 Purple Hearts.
He will be lovingly remembered by his son, Gerald C. Darabaris Jr. and wife Carolyn of Northampton, daughters, Amanda Darabaris of Walnutport, and Kimberly Mosko and husband Andrew of Slatington, grandchildren, Cassandra, Alexander, Logan, Tessa, Kyleigh, Timothy, Fallon, and Andrew, and sister-in-law, Dorene Darabaris of Forks Twp.
He was predeceased by a brother Gregory Darabaris and step-father, Edwin K. Kemmerle.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Connell Funeral Home Bethlehem, Pa. is in charge of the arrangements.
