Gloria M. Oechsle, 97, of Bethlehem, passed away on August 1, 2022 at Old Orchard Health Care Center in Easton. Born on May 6, 1925 in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Pia (Ciccone) and Joseph Gentile.
Gloria graduated from Liberty High School. She worked at Bethlehem Steel and Hess Department Store. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Linda (Ron) Renaldi; three grandchildren, Michael Renaldi, Katherine Truesdale, and Courtney Oechsle; and three great-grandchildren, Olivia Truesdale, Jayden Truesdale, and Sidney Oechsle.
In addition to her parents, Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, Robert P. Oechsle who passed in 2006; son, Joseph P. Oechsle; and two brothers, Frank and Joseph Gentile.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
