GRACE LAURA (OVERDORF) HALL

Grace Hall passed peacefully into heaven Thursday evening, August 1, 2013 in Norton Shores, Michigan, in the home of her son, Stewart “Chip” Hall.

Grace was born in Bethlehem, PA on August 28, 1920, the second of nine children to George and Bella (Roberts) Overdorf. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, George, and her sister, Margaret Gipson, and her loving husband of 65 years, Stewart R. Hall, who arrived in heaven 27 months ahead of her.

Family left to miss her warm smile, generous spirit, and delicious desserts include her children, Stewart “Chip” (Janis), Debra Keeble (Robert), Theodore (Heather), and Rebecca Anderson, 11 grandchildren, two great-granddaughters, and another great-granddaughter expected in November. Her first great-grandson arrived the morning of the same day she was taken into heaven.

sisters and brothers include: Jean Hall, Edith Trythall, Bella Hoyt, Esther (Michael) Frisoli, Donald (Pauline) Overdorf, and David (Nancy) Overdorf, sister-in-law, Catherine Plato; and 37 surviving nieces and nephews.

Services: Viewing will be at 9:30 a.m. with the Funeral Service following at 11 a.m. Friday, August 9, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Bethlehem, 3235 Linden Street, Bethlehem, PA, 18017. We will then proceed to Memorial Gardens for her burial.
