Grace Szakaly

Grace Duh Szakaly, 89, of Mount Laurel, NJ, formerly of Bethlehem, PA

Died on Thursday, November 18, 2010 at Innova Care Health and Rehab in Mount Laurel, NJ. Grace was born in Bethlehem, and was the daughter of the late Sandor and Apallonia Reihart Duh and the widow of Stephen Szakaly who died in 1994 and to whom she was married for 53 years.

Grace was a sewing machine operator in the Bethlehem Area for 25 years and was a member of the I.L.G.W.U. Grace loved to sew and crochet and spend time with her family.

Grace will be lovingly remembered by her sons Stephen Szakaly, Jr. and his wife Christina of Mt. Laurel, NJ and Dennis B. Szakaly and his wife Debra of Walnutport, PA, three granddaughters, Kimberly Wilson, Danette Szakaly and Denise Szakaly, a grandson Stephen Szakaly III and nieces and nephews.

Grace is predeceased by her parents, husband, a daughter Kathleen Peterson, two brothers Stephen and Frank Duh and two sisters Mary Gombocz and Helen Harding.

A graveside service will be held at Bethlehem Memorial Park Cemetery, 1851 Linden St., Bethlehem, PA 18017 in the Restlawn Section on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 1:00 PM
