Harold John Paul Michael

Harold John Paul Michael, 90, of Bethlehem, PA died Thursday, June 6, 2013. Born June 25, 1922, in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Alex and Anna (Grady) Michael.

Harold worked for 40 years at the Eagle Printing Company in Allentown. After retiring, he started his own business, H. Michael Printing, which he ran for twenty years. Harold loved to paint and bake, he also enjoyed listening to music. He proudly served his country in the US Army during World War II. He was a member of Holy Infancy Catholic Church in Bethlehem.

Harold will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, Dottie Anne Michael, Jeanette Brodt, Molly Richter, Ginny Seaman, Patricia Feeley, Carol Michael, and Donna Pichel; nephews, Bill and Jim Check; 21 grand nieces and nephews; 12 great-grand nieces and nephews and family friend, Nicki.

He was preceded in death by his brother, George Michael and wife Dorothy and sisters, Arlene Michael, Loretta V. Michael and Helen, wife of Andrew R. Check.

SERVICES

A viewing will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 7-9 PM and again on Friday morning from 8:30-9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Infancy Catholic Church, 312 E. 4th St. Bethlehem, PA 18015 at 10 AM. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem.

Memorial contributions may be made in Harold's name to Holy Infancy.
