Harold W. Schickram

Harold W. Schickram, 80, of Bethlehem, died on Sunday September 16, 2007 at Blough Health Care Center.

He was born in Akron, PA the son of the late Edward and Mamie Miller Schickram.

Harold was preceded in death by his wife Mary Beck Schickram.

He served his country in the U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII.

Harold retired from the PBNE Railroad, where he worked as a Breakman.

He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Donna M. wife of Terry Shank of Lock Haven, PA and Diane E. wife of Laurence Steltz of Bethlehem; and his son, David H. Schickram husband of Jackie of West Chicago, IL.

Harold is also survived by his sisters Barbara Schickram of Ephrata, PA and Ruth Wike of Hopeland, PA as well as six grandchildren, Rebecca, Adam, Brett, Matthew, Brittany and Melissa.

Harold was a member of the VFW in Ephrata for over 60 years and a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association.

A visitation will be held at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem on Saturday September 22, 2007 from 10-11:30AM with a service to follow at 11:30 in the funeral home.
