Harriet E. Hudak

Harriet E. Hukak, 83, of Bethlehem, died on Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Born in Fountain Hill on November 3, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Helen Schwartz Wolfe. She was the wife of the late Albert "Abbie" Hudak.

She was employed by Durkee Foods for 14 years then Kings Market, Bethlehem, where she worked as a deli clerk for 30 years. She was a member of Ss. Simon and Jude Catholic Church, a life member of the Grover Cleveland Democratic Club and of their ladies auxiliary.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, John Hudak and wife Carol, and James Hudak Sr. and wife Gail, 5 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Howard Wolfe, and sister, Lorena Kipp.

A 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday April 2nd at Ss. Simon and Jude Catholic Church, 730 W. Broad St. Bethlehem 18018. Visitation will be held in the church one hour prior to Mass. Burial will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
