Helen Harvey

Helen Harvey of Bethlehem, PA died Sunday, April 19, 2015 at Whitehall Manor. Born in Derry, PA she was the daughter of the late Catherine (Conner) and Samuel Johns. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Harvey who died on April 24, 1974.

Helen worked for the former Baby Gro in Allentown for 45 years retiring in 1984. She was a member of the IGLWU and Notre Dame Catholic Church in Bethlehem.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Donna Nemchik and husband Robert of Bethlehem, sisters, Rose Swankoski, Yvonne Link and Delores wife of Franklin Wezner, three grandsons, Sean, Scott and wife Wendy and Robert T. Nemchik and two great granddaughters, Caitlyn and Aubrey. Helen was predeceased by her brothers, Thomas, Regis and Joseph Johns and a sister Mary Bottazzi.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015 at Notre Dame Catholic Church 1861 Catasauqua Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18018 at 10 AM. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Helens name to the American Cancer Society 3893 Adler Place, Ste 170, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
