Helen Horvath, 85, of Bethlehem, died Friday, April 8th at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
Helen graduated from Bethlehem Business College. She worked at the Bethlehem Steel Co. and The Bon-Ton during her life in addition to being a devoted wife and mother.
Born October 8th, 1925, in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late John and Barbara Herceg. She loved and was loved by her five brothers: Lawrence, William, Frank, August and Stephen. She was also a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and the Windish Society in Bethlehem. She was married to the love of her life, Eugene Horvath, for 52 years prior to his death in 2000. Helen also had two loving daughters, Deborah Horvath Trenham and Barbara Horvath. Helen lived with her devoted daughter Barbara in Palmyra PA for the past seven years. Everyone who knew and loved Helen will greatly miss her wit, sense of humor and her everlasting smile. She was truly a giving and fun loving person.
She is survived by one daughter, Barbara Horvath and her granddaughter, Lauren Trenham.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday April 13th from 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home. 11 a.m. funeral services will follow. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery in Bethlehem, PA.
