Helen Mohr

Helen Mohr, 93, of Whitehall, died on Thursday October 27, 2011. Born in Allentown; she was the daughter of the late Peter and Catherine Hafich Chromiak. She was the wife of the late Warren H. Mohr. She was a member of St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Christina wife of Gary Christman, and Donna wife of William Pettite; sisters, Julia Strohl and Martha Billy; 5 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kathleen Mohr; 3 brothers and 5 sisters.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday October 29th at 10 a.m. in the church. Viewing hours will be held in the Connell Funeral Home on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m., Parastas beginning at 7 p.m., and on Saturday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in Ss. Cyril and Methodius Cemetery, Catasauqua.
