Helen R. Kostelnik

Helen R. Kostelnik, 96, of Bethlehem, died on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at her home at Moravian Village. She was born in Bethlehem; daughter of the late Urban and Anna (Balik) Kostelnik.

Helen retired from the Bethlehem Steel after over 40 years of service at the Homer Research Department. She was a parishioner of Incarnation of Our Lord Parish where she was a member of the parish Golden Age Group. Helen was also a member of the Slovak Catholic Sokols.

She will be dearly missed by her siblings, Mary Aylward; George Kostelnik; and Dr. Francis Kostelnik; her two nephews; a great niece and three great nephews. Helen was preceded in death by her sisters, Annamae and Irene Kostelnik.

Arrangements have been entrusted to The Connell Funeral Home. A viewing will be held on Friday, February 19, 2016 from 9 to 10 a.m. at Incarnation of Our Lord Parish, 617 Pierce St. Bethlehem, PA 18015 with Mass of Christian Burial to immediately follow. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church.
