Helen Telepchak

Helen Yaworsky Telepchak, 76, of Hellertown, PA passed away Saturday, April 2, 2011 in home surrounded by her family. Born May 8, 1934 in Nesquehoning she was the daughter of the late Clementine Batouf and Joseph Yaworsky. She was married to Wash Telepchak with whom she celebrated 56 years of marriage this past June.

Helen dedicated her life to her family and to her church. She was a member of St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church in Bethlehem where she was a member of the church choir, Pan Orthodox Choir and past recording Secretary for the Church Council.

Helen will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Wash, daughters, Kathy wife of Reverend Father Joseph Toroney and Karen wife of Nate Thompson, brother, Michael Baxter, sisters, Elizabeth Fedora and Mary David. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Doctor Rachael, Doctor Rebecca, Jacob, Joshua, Adam, Catherine and Caroline and two great granddaughters, Elaina and Olivia.

SERVICES

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 from 9-10 AM at St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church 980 Bridle Path Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18017 followed by a Funeral Service at 10 AM in the church. Burial will be at Union Cemetery of Hellertown. Arrangements Connell Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Helen's name to the church.
