Hermina Misko

Hermina Yelenics Misko, 96, of Bethlehem, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2010 at Country Meadows in Bethlehem Township. Born August 3, 1914 in Bethlehem she was the daughter of the late Gizella Roka and Joseph Yelenics. She was married to her late husband, Julius J. Misko.

Hermina worked at the former Western Electric. She was a volunteer at Holy Family Manor. She was a member of the Bethlehem Senior Citizens and Notre Dame Catholic Church in Bethlehem. One of Hermina's favorite things to do was work in the garden.

Hermina will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, Janet Silverman, Sandra Belmont and Elsie Evans and a nephew, Gus Toth.

She was preceded in death by her four brothers, Stephen, Joseph, Alex and Frank Yelenics and her sister, Anna Drakopil.

SERVICES

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 9:15-10:15 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Notre Dame Catholic Church 1861 Catasauqua Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18018 at 11 AM. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem.
