Hermina T. Allen, 84, of Bath went to Heaven, July 23, 2009.

She was born in Coplay, PA to Frank and Hermina Groller Mulzert February 8, 1925, as Hermina Theresa Mulzert.

Hermina was married to the late David G. Allen in 1947 and celebrated 50 years together.

She graduated from Whitehall High School and Allentown Business College. Hermina later worked in the Billing Dept. of UGI and as a sales clerk at Orr's Dept. Store before dedicating her life to her family.

She and her husband had six children and will be lovingly remembered by her sons George of Slatington and Michael of Bath; three daughters, Evelyn Peiffer of Auburn, Irene Graham of Northampton and Christine Lambert of Saylorsburg. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Christine, Gregory, Elizabeth, Rachel, Collen, Susan, Catherine and Tony and eleven great grandchildren.

Hermina was also predeceased by her son Mark Allen and grandson Shane Steckel.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Church of Bethlehem Twp. and sang in the choir was past Secretary of the Altar Rosary Society and P.T.A. She was recent Secretary of the Autumn Club of Bethlehem Twp.; member of the Secular Order of St. Francis, The Red Hat Society of Hickory Hills, and the Daughter's of the King of Easton.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home, Inc., Bethlehem.

The family will receive friends on Monday July 27, 2009 from 10-11 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 1817 First St. Bethlehem PA 18020 with a Mass of Christian Burial to immediately follow in the church at 11 AM.

Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.

Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart School, Miller Heights.
