Ida L. Csrnko

Ida L. Csrnko, 86, formerly of Bethlehem, died Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at Porter Hospice in Centennial, CO. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Howard C. and Luella J. Grim Ott. She was the loving wife of the late Emil A. Csrnko. They celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary before he died in 2004.

Mrs. Csrnko worked for Saucon Valley Country Club as a secretary to the manager for 23 years before retiring in 1977. She was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church and the Wednesday Group. Ida also volunteered at Muhlenberg Hospital.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son, William E. Csrnko & his wife Lize of Centennial, CO; grandson, Michael Csrnko, granddaughter, Cady, wife of Dan Sheldon

son, Major General Thomas R. Csrnko & his wife Diane of Fort Bragg, N.C.; grandsons, Scott and Ryan Csrnko & and her two great-grandchildren, Lily & Jack Sheldon.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, David, Howard, William & Henry Ott

and her sisters, May Ott, Florence Miller & Lucy Ott.

A Graveside Service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home, Inc. Bethlehem.
