Irene B. Turek

Irene B. Turek, of Bethlehem, died Sunday, December 17, 2006 at Hospice of the VNA of St. Luke's in Bethlehem.

Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Mary Sopko Turek.

She worked for Nazareth Frocks for 45 years. She was a member of SS Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church of Bethlehem.

Irene will be lovingly remembered by her sister, Abby Bazeka of Bethlehem; niece, Roxann Filaseta of Singapore;

nephew, Ralph Filaseta of Pittsburgh; and niece, Allison Eckhardt of Texas.

She was preceded in death by, two sisters, Elizabeth M. Turek and Mary Filaseta.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held, Wednesday, December 20, 2006 at 10 a.m. at SS Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church, 617 Pierce St. Bethlehem. Visitation will be held, from 9-10 a.m. in the church. Burial will be at SS. Cyril & Methodius Cemetery, in Bethlehem, PA. Arrangements entrusted to Connell Funeral Home, Inc.
