Irene Elizabeth Gaspar

Irene E. Gaspar, of Allentown, died on Thursday, September 1, 2011.

She was born in Bethlehem; the daughter of the late John S. and Agnes Heklar Shosh.

Irene was preceded in death by her husband Edmund Gaspar and her first husband, Frank L. Hero.

She will be dearly missed by her sons, Edmund P. Gaspar and his wife Kelly of Fountain Hill and Jeffrey L. Hero and his wife Joanne of Runnemede, NJ and her grandson, Nicholas.

Irene was also preceded in death by her siblings, Joyce and John Shosh.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Connell Funeral Home, Bethlehem.

A viewing will be held Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at Incarnation of Our Lord Parish, 617 Pierce St. Bethlehem, PA 18015 from 10-11 AM immediately followed by a Mass of Christian Burial.

Interment will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
