Irene Vasko

Irene B. Vasko, 89, of Bethlehem, died on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at her residence.

She was born in Bethlehem, the daughter of the late Andrew and Anna Fecko Yurasek.

Irene is survived by her sisters, Gertrude Kovach of Hellertown and Sophie Krise of Bethlehem.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Margaret Marstellar, Katherine Tomko, Anna Yurasek and Mary Ihle and her brothers, Andrew and John.

Irene was a member of Incarnation of Our Lord Parish, Bethlehem. She was a former member of the Senior Citizens Club of Ss. Simon and Jude Catholic Church. Irene was also a member of the First Catholic Slovak Ladies Assoc.

Arrangements were made with the guidance of Connell Funeral Home, Inc. Bethlehem.

A visitation will be held at Incarnation of Our Lord Parish 617 Pierce Bethlehem on Saturday, September 13, 2008 from 9 to 9:45 AM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the church on Saturday, September 13, 2008 at 10 AM

Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
