Jacob Daniel Vanbrunt

Jacob Daniel Vanbrunt, 17, of Bethlehem, died on Monday, November 12, 2007 at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

He was born June 6, 1990 in Bethlehem; the son of Doris and Francis E. Schumacher of Bethlehem and Daniel Vanbrunt and his partner Michelle of Whitehall.

Jake was a Senior at Liberty High School in Bethlehem where he was a member of the Rifle Team.

He will be lovingly remembered by his parents, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, his step step sisters and his Maternal Grandmother Jeanette Kovacs of Bethlehem, Maternal Grandfather, Donald Fillman of Bethlehem and Paternal Grandparents, William and Marlene Keiper. Jake is also survived by his dogs Keysha and Philly.

Jake was full of life; he enjoyed spending time with his friends and family as well as riding his bike and fishing.

He was an avid Penn State, Phillies, Eagles and Liberty Football fan.

Jake will be remembered forever as a special person that touched the lives of all the people that loved him and for the way he lived his life, his way.

SERVICES

A visitation will be held at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem on Friday November 16, 2008 from 6-8PM and again on Saturday November 17, 2007 from 10-11Am with a service to celebrate Jake's life to follow at 11AM in the funeral home.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Oncology Dept. 34th and Civic Center Blvd. Philadelphia PA 19104

Burial will be at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown
