James C. Seifert

James C Seifert, 65 , of Nesquehoning, PA, died on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at St.Lukes Hospital in Bethlehem, PA. He was born in Fountain Hill, PA and was the son of the late Robert and Florence Young Seifert. Jim is the husband of Nadya L. Logechnik Seifert with whom he celebrated their 38th anniversary this past October.

Jim worked for Love Homes Inc. as a service manager retiring in 2008 after 20 years of service. He was a member of St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church, Bethlehem where he served on the Board of Directors. Jim was a 1963 graduate of Liberty High School and a 1967 graduate of the University of Bridgeport in Ct. He enjoyed sports especially the Eagles, Phillies and Penn State and his grandson Zachary gave him much joy and pleasure.

Jim will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Nadya, sons, Robert W. Seifert, and Joel E. Seifert and his wife Stephanie and grandson Zachary all of Nesquehoning, PA, a sister Sarah Seifert of AZ.



Jim is predeceased by his parents.

Visitation will be at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. , 245 East Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 on Monday, September 13, 2010 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday September 14, 2010 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Parastas 8:15 PM on Monday.

Funeral services will be held at St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church, 980 Bridle Path Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18017 on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at 11:00 AM
