James G. "Jj" Freed

The world has lost a beautiful soul and heaven has gained an Angel. His name is “JJ”. JJ is loving, kind, charming, and has the greatest sense of humor. JJ finds joy and laughter in the “little things” in life. He has a great appreciation for children and the elderly; they always brought a smile to his face and put joy in his heart.

JJ will be dearly missed by his parents, Marianne T. (Yasso) Freed, AKA Miss Mimi and James G. Freed, Sr. #291. He is also survived by his extended Yasso and Freed family as well as his Fountain Hill and Emmaus family, several friends, co-workers, teammates and neighbors.

A visitation will be held at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 on Thursday, August 18, 2016 from 6 to 8 p.m., with a eulogy and the Lords Prayer at 7:45 p.m. in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gift of Life, 401 N. 3rd St. Philadelphia, PA 19123.
