James J. Nemeth, Sr.

James J. Nemeth, Sr., 65, died Sunday, May 29, 2016. He was born in Bethlehem, the son of Regina (Bedics) and Joseph Nemeth. He was the loving husband of Deborah (Marsden) Nemeth.

He was a member of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Church in Hellertown, where he was an usher. James proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy. He worked as a millwright for the Bethlehem Steel Co. and Lehigh Heavy Forge for 42 years. He enjoyed building things from scratch, model trains, dirt track racing, gardening and being with his family.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Deborah and son, James J. Nemeth, Jr and his fianc Daniela.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2016 from 10 a.m.-12:15 p.m at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 with a Mass of Christian burial to follow at 1 p.m. at St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Church, 1408 Easton Rd. Hellertown, PA 18055. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery in Bethlehem.
