James R. Reinhart

James R. Reinhart, 75 of Bethlehem died Thursday June 6, 2013 in St. Luke's Hospital, Anderson Campus in Bethlehem. Jim was the husband of Rosemarie (Blatnik) Reinhart. They celebrated their 50th Anniversary in November 2012. Born in Easton, PA he was the son of the late Henry J. and Edna (Favire) Reinhart.

After graduating from Wilson High School in 1955 he served on the USS Hawkins in the U. S Navy. Coming back to the Lehigh Valley he worked for the Bethlehem Steel Company as a mold checker and chainman in the Ingot Mold Dept. for 32 years retiring in 1995.

Jim was extremely devoted to his wife, his son and grandson. He was an avid fan of the Packers, Red Sox and Penn State. He enjoyed being part of all his family's activities and caring for his grand pet, Trevor. Jim and his wife have been long time members of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bethlehem Township

Jim was a member of M.O.R.A, The Nittany Lion Club, Prime Time at Sacred Heart Church, USW AFL/CIO local 2599 and a life time member of West Easton Safety First Fire House.

He will be dearly missed by his wife Rosemarie, his son James, Jr. and his wife Lynn and his grandson Tyler in addition to his brother-in-law James Blatnik and sister-in-law Dolores Blatnik along with his nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday June 11th at 9:15 a.m. in the Connell Funeral Home 245 East Broad St. Bethlehem and followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church 1817 First St. Bethlehem, PA. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Monday 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.

Interment with Military Honors will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery following the Mass.

Memorials may be made, in James's name to Sacred Heart Catholic Church 1817 First St. Bethlehem, PA 18020
