Jean A. Kristofik

Jean Achey Kristofik, 86, passed away on Friday, April 21, at Lehigh Valley Hospital- Muhlenberg in Bethlehem after a very brief illness. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Priscilla (Klein) Achey and the wife of the late George Kristofik. She graduated from Liberty High School in 1948 and worked as a secretary and receptionist for various companies. Jean loved playing cards, shopping, going on cruises and bus trips.

She will be lovingly remembered by her brother, Lee Achey, and his wife, Connie, of Long Neck, DE; daughters Kathy Snyder, wife of Bill Snyder, of Cary, NC and Linda Wasko, wife of Rick Wasko, of Bethlehem; grandchildren, Kerri Snyder Znotens of Landenberg, PA, Mark Wasko of Spring, TX, and Matt Wasko of Phoenix, AZ, as well as great-grandchildren, Olivia and Sadie Znotens.

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017, at the Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A calling hour will be held from 10-11 am and a service at 11:00 am.
