Jean M. Bernhardt

Jean M. Bernhardt, 71 of Bethlehem died Sunday July 25, 2010 at Manor Care Health Services in Bethlehem. She was born on November 26, 1938 in Trenton, N.J. daughter of the late George and Josephine Kern Wylie. She was the wife of the late Samuel D. Bernhardt. Jean was a homemaker and devoted to her family and will me missed by many.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Samuel Bernhardt Jr. and companion Debra Hubusch of Browns Mills, N.J., daughter Linda J. Schmeltzer and companion Michael Peslin of Bethlehem, daughter, Donna M. Collins wife of Robert of Hamilton Twp, N.J., son, Robert J. Bernhardt and wife of Gladys of Bethlehem, daughter, Lisa A. Pointon wife of John of Texas, daughter, Joann Bernhardt and fiance Mark of Allentown, sons, Michael J. Bernhardt of Bethlehem, and Dennis J. Bernhardt of Hamilton, N.J., sisters, Joan Pulero, Betty Firth, Dorothy Dansbury, Mary Sexton, Rosey Napierkowski, and brothers, Pat Wylie, Thomas Wylie, George Wylie and Mary Ann, Eddie Wylie, and Bobby Wylie.

Funeral services will be held 12 Noon on Wednesday July 28, 2010 at the Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa. 18018 Calling hour will be from 11AM-12 Noon at the funeral home. Burial will be held 11AM Thursday July 29, 2010 at Bethlehem Memorial Park Cemetery in Bethlehem.
