Jean Yerger

Jean Yerger, 56, of Bethlehem passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 12, 2023. Born on February 16, 1967, she was the daughter of the late Virginia (Jacoby) Brey.

Jean enjoyed working for Merakey as a housekeeper and as a Direct Care Staff member where she was known as the jack of all trades. She could often be found playing trivia games, online games, and bingo. She also enjoyed crocheting for her family and watching movies. Jean adored her family. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who was so proud of her children and grandchildren's accomplishments.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Danielle Pedersen (Adam), Michelle DeLima (Leo), Christine Johnsen (Randy) and Nicholas Henning; 9 grandchildren, brother, sister, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Jean was preceded in death by her daughter, Valerie "Val" Molitorisz and sister, Roxanne "Rocky" Hritz.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2023 from 5-6 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A memorial service will follow at 6 p.m. in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family for a fund for the grandchildren's necessities.
