Jeanette C. (Free) Yuhas

Jeanette C. Yuhas, 91, of Bethlehem passed away on Monday, September 9, 2024. Born on October 27, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Elizabeth (Cavanaugh) and Leonard Free.

She was the wife of devoted and loving husband, Paul F. Yuhas.

Jeanette's family was most important to her. She loved and cherished every moment spent with them. Jeanette loved decorating and entertaining to celebrate holidays, especially Christmas. People always gravitated towards Jeanette because she was so loving and caring. She was organized and detailed in everything she did from her meticulous and beautiful garden at her house to her great sense of fashion.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 72 years, Paul Yuhas; daughters,

Michele Sovia and her husband Edmund "Pete" and Jamie Rarig and her husband David; grandchildren, Lizzie Sovia and Peter Sovia, Andrew Rarig and Emily (Rarig) Duca and her husband, Greg and great-granddaughter, Darcy Duca.

A visitation will be held on Monday, September 16, 2024 from 11-11:30 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 with a funeral service to begin at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
