Jeanne B. Benner

Jeanne B. Benner, 96, of Bethlehem, passed away on Wednesday, October 17, 2018. She was born on February 24, 1922, the daughter of the late Mary (Timko) and Joseph Dutko. She was the wife of Harry R. Benner.

Jeanne was an active member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Jeanne loved to read. She and her husband were members of the Good Sam Club and enjoyed traveling and camping in their RV.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 71 years, Harry R. Benner; children, Paulette Mondjack, Nancy Halleman, Robert Benner, Jim Benner and his wife, Suzanne and Gary Benner and his wife, Linda; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Jeanne was the last of her siblings to pass. She was also preceded in death by her grandson, Justin Mondjack, great-grandson, Gabriel Benner, son-in-law, Jeff Halleman and daughter-in-law, Catherine Benner.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018 from 10-11 A.M. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A funeral service will follow at 11 A.M. in the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 3219 Santee Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18020.
