Jimmy Pagan, Sr.

Jimmy Pagan, Sr. 52, of Brodheadsville, died on Saturday, January 28, 2017. He was born March 20, 1964 in Lares, Puerto Rico; son of Elba Vargas and Anibal Pagan. He was the loving husband of 29 years to Carmen Cristina Pagan.

Jimmy worked as a signal maintainer and in the Logistics Dept. for the New York City Transit Authority for over 34 years. Jimmy was also a talented magician. He owned and operated Just Illusions. He was a member of the Pocono Magic Club a chapter of the Society of American Magicians and the Kidabra Club of Parsippany, NJ. Whether it was with his sense of humor, his magic tricks or his balloon sculptures, Jimmy just wanted to make people happy. Jimmy was also a parishioner of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Brodheadsville.

He will be dearly missed by his wife, Carmen; his parents; children, Cristina Elizabeth Pagan; Jimmy Pagan, Jr. and Jennifer Marie Pagan; his sisters, Maria Arroyo and her husband, Juan; Marisol Persaud and her husband, Neville; Yolanda Alago and her husband, Ferdinand; Lucelenia Pagan and Lucy Cuevaz; his mother and father in-law, Alma and Carlos Cordova; and sister-in-law, Lucila Cordova.

Visitations will be held at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 on Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 7-9 p.m. and Friday, February 3, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Our Lady Queen of Peace, 1402 Route 209, Brodheadsville, PA 18322. Burial will follow.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2158 W Main St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
