Joan K. Marmelo

Joan K. Marmelo, 66, of Bethlehem, PA passed away on Thursday December 23, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital 17th & Chew St. Allentown, PA. She was born in Bethlehem, the daughter of the late John and Theresa (Jancsarics) Racosky. Joan worked as a job coach for VIA of the Lehigh Valley. She was also an avid bowler and Philadelphia Eagles fan.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Lisa Gerhart, grandchildren, Laci and Cody Gerhart, brothers, Rich Racosky, James Racosky and wife Lisa, and Michael Racosky and wife Cynthia, and niece, Judith Pezzuto, and nephew, Joseph Racosky.

A calling hour will be held from 10-11am on Monday January 3, 2022 at the Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA followed by a service at 11am. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital 850 S. 5th St. Allentown, PA 18103.
