Joan L. Deveaux

Joan L. Deveaux, 84, formerly of Bethlehem, passed away Friday, March 25, 2011 at Ellen Memorial Health Care Center, Honesdale, PA. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late John M. & Celia Newhard Resetco.

She was a graduate of Liberty High School in Bethlehem. She had been employed by PPL Electric and Industrial Development Corp IDC of the Lehigh Valley as a secretary. While residing in the Poconos she worked at Hemlock Farms Community Assoc. where she was active in the Women's Club and the Red Hats. She was a member of St. John Newmann Church in Hawley, PA.

Joan will be missed by brothers Thomas Resetco and his wife Dorothy of Northampton, James Resetco and his wife Jean of Santa Ysabel, CA, sister-in-law Loretta Resetco of West Chester, and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother John Resetco.

Services will be private.
