Joann Rose Harrison

Joann Rose (Soda) Harrison, passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2018. Born in Bethlehem, PA on September 25, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Rose (Loprete) and Theodosio Soda. After graduating Liberty High, Joann (“Jenny”) was employed at Vultee Aircraft during WWII. She also was employed at Western Electric and Orrs Department Store. She retired in 1993 after working 20 years at Everson Electric. Over the years, Joann lived in Fountain Hill, Bethlehem and Allentown. As a life-long Democrat, she keenly followed local and national issues and politicians. Joann was unceasingly devoted to her son and family.

Survivors: She will be lovingly remembered by her son John Harrison and his wife Donna; grandchildren Caslon and Cooper. She was predeceased by brothers Frank and Ralph; and sisters Lucy, Mary and Rose.
