John J. Bolecz

John J. Bolecz, 91, of Bethlehem, died Tuesday April 28, 2009 at the Hospice House of the VNA of St. Luke's. He was born on February 26, 1918 in Bethlehem son of the late Joseph and Theresa Horwath Bolecz. He was the husband of the late Agnes Gubich Bolecz.

John worked as a highway foreman for Penndot for 18 years retiring in 1981. He also was a farmer in Bethlehem Twp. and worked for Bethlehem Steel He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bethlehem Twp.

He will be lovingly remembered by daughters, Nancy MaDouse of Bethlehem, and Deborah L. Gore wife of John A. of Cape May, N.J., sister, Betty Jordan of Bethlehem, and great grandson Curtis MaDouse.

He was predeceased by brothers, William & Joseph and sister, Joan Kuti, grandson, Eric MaDouse, and great granddaughter Teresa MaDouse.

A Memorial Service will be held 10AM on Saturday May 30, 2009 at the Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa. 18018
