John J. Holva

John J. Holva, Jr., 71, of Bethlehem Township, passed peacefully in his sleep, on Wednesday, October 1, 2014. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late John J. Sr. and Mary (Demianoff) Holva. He was employed by and retired from the former Keystone Cement Company, Bath. He was a life member of the Heights A.A., the Jefferson Democratic, the N.E. Wanderers A.A. and the Teamsters Union Local 773. He was also a member of the Sons of the American Legion and the I.C.C. of Miller Heights.

He will be lovingly remembered by his brother, Anthony Holva; nephew, Andrew Holva; nieces, Kimberly Rosado and Katherine Holva; and great-niece, Julena Coulter. He was predeceased by his brother, Robert Holva.

Visitation will be held in the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, from 9 to 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 6. A 10 a.m. funeral service will follow. Burial will be at the Union Cemetery of Hellertown. Offer condolences online at www.connellfuneral.com
