John J.F. Harvey

John J.F. Harvey, 70, of Bethlehem died on Saturday June 16, 2007. He was born on March 26, 1937 in Bethlehem son of the late John and Grace Doherty Harvey.

John was an Assistant Vice President for General Electric. He also worked for the First Union Bank before retiring. He was a veteran of the US Air Force serving his country during the Korean War. He was a graduate of Penn State University receiving a bachelors degree in accounting. John loved to read , sing, and discuss politics.

He will be lovingly remembered by his sons, Michael of State College, Pa. and Sean of Allentown, daughter- Kathleen of Allentown, sisters, Jean Becker of Bethlehem with whom he resided, and Mary Monaghan of Omaha, Nebraska, and several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday June 21, 2007 at 10:30AM at Ss Simon & Jude Church 730 W.Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa. Calling hour from 9:30-10:30AM in the church.
