John Paul Jones

John Paul Jones, Jr., 61, of Bethlehem Township, PA died Friday, March 15, 2013 in his home surrounded by his family. Born September 11, 1951 in St. Louis, MO he was the son of the late Lillian (Scarlett) And John Jones. John was married to Kathryn (Kreeger) Jones with whom he celebrated 38 years of marriage this past March 1st.

John worked as a sales manager for various companies but retired from Mana Products in New York. He was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church and the Heights AA both in Bethlehem. John was an avid baseball fan. He was very active with Freemansburg Little League and also the Connie Mack League. John enjoyed fishing and watching the Phillies and Cardinals.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Kathryn, sons, Casey Jones, Tyler Jones and Corey Jones and wife Rebecca, daughter, Amy Martzluf and husband Cody, brother, Mark Jones and wife Debbie and sister, Paulette Simpson and husband Earl. John will also be remembered by his four grandchildren, Sedrick, Ashlynn, Kenya and Keegan.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 6-8 PM. A calling hour will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Messiah Lutheran Church 2020 Worthington Ave., Bethlehem, PA 18017 from 10-11 AM followed by a service at 11 AM. Burial will be at Bethlehem Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions may be made in John's name to the church.
