Jose A. Caban, Jr.

Jose A. Caban, Jr., 51, of Allentown died Thursday, January 7, 2021 at St. Lukes Hospital in Allentown. Born in Jersey City, NJ he was the son of Jose A Caban, Sr., and the late Basilia (Gomez) Caban. He was the devoted husband to Cynthia (Barbarics) Caban with whom he wouldve celebrated their 10th anniversary this coming October 11th.

Jose worked for Darling Ingredients in Newark, NJ, where he held many different positions. Jose was known to have a heart of gold and was always the life of the party and will be missed by everyone that knew him.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Cynthia, father, Jose, Sr., children, Heather, Jay, and Anthony Caban, granddaughters, Sophia Estelle Garcia and Genesis Athena Caban-Rivera, step granddaughters, Siana and Adyson, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Caban.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, January 14 at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 5-8 PM. Due to the pandemic numbers will be limited and masks will be required upon entry. Online condolences may be made at www.connellfuneral.com
