Jose Antonio Alicea

Jose Antonio Alicea, 62, of Bethlehem, died on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at Hospice of the VNA of St. Luke's in Lower Saucon Twp. He was born in Humacao, Puerto Rico, the son of Carmelo Alicea and the late Engracia Lugo Alicea.

Jose worked in the shipping and receiving department at Reeb Mill Work in Bethlehem. He was a member of Holy Infancy Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

He will be lovingly remembered by his father, Carmelo, sons, Joseph Alicea, Robert Alicea & his wife, Gladitza Infante, daughters, Leslie Alicea & her husband, Joel Ayala, Marisol Moya & her husband, Mike, Gracie Moya & her husband, Jon, brothers, Samuel Alicea & his wife, Shirley, Carmelo Alicea, Jr. & his wife, Wendy, Flor Alicea, William Alicea, sisters, Carmen Alicea and Margarita Lopez & her husband, Hector, his grandchildren, Gabriela, Joseph, Jr. Alicea, Tanisha & Joelys Ayala, Nylese, Janius, Javian & Jylee Moya. He was preceded in death by his mother, Engracia and his brother, Freddie Alicea.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held, Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Holy Infancy Catholic Church, 312 East Fourth St. Bethlehem, PA 18015. Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 East Broad St. Bethlehem. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem.
