Jose F. Silva

Jose F. Silva, 70, of Bethlehem, passed away on Thursday February 13, 2014 at his daughters residence. He was born on January 2, 1944 in Albergaria-a-Nova, Portugal, son of the late Manuel Bento and Olivia Rosa DeJesus. He was the husband of Maria (Ferreira) Silva. They were married for 20 years on October 21, 2013. Jose worked as a mason for Doli Construction Company in Line Lexington, Pa.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Maria, son, Antonio Jose Silva and wife Lynette of Bethlehem, daughter, Maria A. Barwick and husband Pat of Bethlehem, brother, Manuel Bento of Portugal, sister, Dulce Maria Silva of Portugal, and grandchildren, Patrick and Jacob Barwick.

A viewing will be held from 6-8pm on Saturday February 22, 2014 at the Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa. 18018. Burial will be held in Portugal.
