Jose S. Dias

Jose S. Dias, 86, of Bethlehem, died on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at his residence.

He was born in Jamaica, New York; the son of the late Francisco and Rita Sanches Dias.

Jose is survived by his loving wife, Angelina F. Rodrigues Dias.

He retired in 1989 from the Lisbon Construction Company.

Jose was also a former member of the Portuguese American Club.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Angelina; daughter, Isabel M. Rodrigues-Jose and her husband Jose as well as two grandchildren, Marco and Rosa; his sister Gloria and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Maria, Rosa and Armanda.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem from 8-9:15 AM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Holy Infancy Catholic Church, 312 E. 4th St. Bethlehem, PA 18015 at 10 AM.

Jose will be buried with his family in Portugal.
