Joseph G. Ruch

Joseph G. Ruch, 83, of Allentown, died on January 6, 2018. He was born in Bethlehem, son of the late Stephen and Veronica (Spicak) Bacak. He is survived by his caring wife of 55 years, Nancy Ann (Andrayko) Ruch. Joe retired after over 30 years of service in the wood shop of Allen Organ Company. He was a very proud parishioner of Incarnation of Our Lord Parish and he had a special devotion to the Blessed Mother. Joe enjoyed collecting old movie posters, comic books and coins. He will be lovingly remembered for the strength he displayed throughout his battle with cancer, his loving spirit and his wonderful sense of humor.

He will be dearly missed by his wife, Nancy; son, Joseph Ruch, Jr. and his wife, Barbie of Allentown; sisters, Roberta Hake and Dorothy Bickel both of Bethlehem as well as his nieces and nephews. Joe was predeceased by his brother, Robert Ruch.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home. A visitation will be held at Incarnation of Our Lord Parish, 617 Pierce St. Bethlehem PA 18015 on Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 9:00 - 9:45 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Ss. Cyril and Methodius Cemetery.
