Joseph J. Fedor, 74, of Bethlehem, died on Thursday, October 10, 2013. Born in Nanticoke, PA; he was the son of the late John and Mary (Pizont) Fedor. He was the loving husband of the late Ruth (Ambrose) Fedor who died in 2010, they were married 49 years.
Joe was a machinist for Ingersoll Rand, retiring after 36 years. He recently worked for Lehigh Valley Hospital Health Network as a visitors assistant. He was a veteran of the Army, having served during the Vietnam War, and a member of the Notre Dame of Bethlehem Catholic Church.
He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Carolyn, wife of Frank DAquino of Forks, and Cherie, wife of Ryan Labar of Bethlehem; grandchildren, Jacob and Marisa DAquino; and sister, Lorraine Zionkowski of Connecticut. He was predeceased by his son, Matthew and daughter, Sharon Fedor.
Visitation hours will be held on Monday Oct 14 from 6-8 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, and on Tuesday from 10-11 a.m. in the Notre Dame Church, 1861 Catasauqua Rd. Bethlehem. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
