Joseph L. Novack

Joseph L. Novack, 75, died Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at his residence in Lower Nazareth Twp. He was the husband of Joanne Berry Novack. They married on July 5, 1958, 52 years ago. He was the son of the late John L. and Elizabeth Chato Novack.

Joseph had been employed at the Bethlehem Steel Co. for a brief period in the late 1950's and again from 1967 until retiring as a millwright in 1992. He also had been a fire fighter for the city of Bethlehem from 1961-1967. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army.

Joseph will be lovingly missed by his wife Joanne, sons Thomas and James , daughters Christine Smith, Carole Novack and Sandra Novack-Gottshall, a brother John R. Novak and a sister Beatrice Gombocz. He will also be missed by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be on Thursday, 3/17/2011 at 11am in the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 7-9pm in the funeral home. Burial will be in Bethlehem Memorial Park Cemetery.
